Poseidon Group's Hamachi products are processed at our own factory within the network, located at Ushibuka in the city of Amakusa in Kyushu.
To ensure the quality and safety of the product, our factory is certified by US HACCP and EU HACCP currently in the works for FSSC22000 and ASC for the farms that we own.
Because of its strong current, the waters around Goto Islands are known for lean fish with moderate fat level and premium taste and texture which leads to a more natural, wild-caught flavor profile.
