Poseidon Group's Hamachi (Seriola quinqueradiata) products are processed at our own factory within the network, located at Ushibuka in the city of Amakusa in Kyushu.

To ensure the quality and safety of the product, our factory is certified by US HACCP, EU HACCP, and FSSC22000 for all the farms that we own. In the meantime, we are in the progress of getting our ASC certification to further prove our commitment to safety and quality.

Because of the strong current, the waters around Goto Islands are known for lean fish with moderate fat level and premium taste and texture which leads to a more natural, wild-caught flavor profile.
